Returns Policy

Seller on this platform (10xshootingindia.in) agrees to pay for return courier charges and other charges associated with the transaction, if the goods are not accepted by the buyer. Reasons for non-acceptance of the consignment may contribute to but not restricted to wrong representation of type of model, manufacturing date, condition of the product, sending damaged product etc. Once the seller pays the charges (return courier charges and processing fees) in full, the consignment will be returned to the Seller. Seller also agrees to pay demurrage charges if the payment is not made within 7 days of notification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Email notification must be immediately send to 10x shooting office.

To complete your return, we require the following.
- Immediate notification (within 48 hours) to 10x shooting office through email.
- Reason for non-acceptance of consignment.
- Images of the product received from the seller that is different from what is described / displayed / advertised by the seller.
- Your specific findings that are in contradiction with seller’s description of the product.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts.

Buyer agrees to indemnify 10x shooting for wrong, damaged, missing (full or part) items/products send by Seller. Such products will be immediately returned to the seller after proper investigation and scrutiny. Claims made for refunds after 48 hours, from delivery will not entertained.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the buyers refund claim is inspected and scrutinized by 10x shooting office, the buyer and seller will get an email to notifying them about the approval. Buyer will dispatch the product through the designated courier company assigned by 10x shooting. Refund will be processed after the product is returned to the seller. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank as per the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 30days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
