- Initiate the dispute within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If approved, you will return the item to the seller using the designated pickup address.
- The seller is responsible for all shipping costs, including:
- The original delivery cost, and
- The return shipping fee (calculated based on Shiprocket and 10X Shooting’s actual expenses).
What to Expect
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and verified.
- You will not be charged any additional fees for raising a legitimate dispute.
- The platform ensures that sellers are held accountable for accurate listings and product condition.
